Barnaby is a solicitor specialising in all aspects of commercial and residential property work. Barnaby predominantly advises in relation to commercial lettings, acting for both Landlords and Tenants (including related estate management matters) as well as advising in relation to acquisitions and disposals and secured lending work, acting for both borrowers and lenders.
Barnaby also offers property support/ advice to colleagues undertaking Corporate transactional work.
