Covid 19
With COVID-19 becoming increasingly prevalent across the UK and the world we want to assure you that the well-being of our clients and employees is our main priority and so in accordance with government advice all our staff are currently operating from home.
We can assure you that we have robust policies and systems in place and so there should be no significant disruption to the service you receive from us. On an operational basis it is still business as usual.
We are monitoring all news and government guidance very closely to ensure that our team have the latest knowledge and so can react accordingly.
We have currently implemented:
- Remote working for all staff
- Video or phone calls to clients for meetings
- Client ID and AML checks carried out remotely by Thirdfort. This eliminates any personal contact and so is safer for our clients who do not have to leave their home
- Procedures for remote signature and witnessing of documents
- Regular detailed guidance is being issued to all staff on the ways they can minimize risk
