The Team

Robert is a partner at Murray Hay and specialises in family law, with particular emphasis on divorce and its financial consequences and disputes between unmarried couples. Robert has practised family law since 1994 and has been accredited as a specialist by Resolution, an organisation of family lawyers committed to a constructive resolution of family disputes.

Robert has trained as a mediator and is focused on providing cost effective advice to bring about a settlement reached in a civilised manner without losing sight of his clients’ interests.

Robert can assist with advising on pre-nuptial agreements and specialises in separation, divorce and related financial issues. Robert can also advise on children and parenting issues and generally on cohabitation and couples already living together or planning to live together.
